Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2 Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as received—including all LEGO® bricks, minifigures, instruction manuals, and original retail box/packaging (if applicable). Factory-sealed sets must remain unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a full refund.
3 Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact BrickCycle Support with your order number to receive a return authorization and instructions.
